单吃大沙谷是无味的。但是,配与糖水或甜品吃的话即可以丰富糖水或甜品的口感,非常好吃。所以,没有芒果,但煮了红豆汤或六味汤或黑糯米糖水什么的,都可以配搭些大沙谷吃,美味极了!
份量:3-4人份(4碗)
准备时间:15分钟
煮时:45分钟 + 焗时4小时 (大沙谷)
材料A(大沙谷处理法):
150 克 大沙谷/西米
3000 毫升 水*
煮法:
1. 把水煮滚,加入大沙谷
2. 转小火,免盖,煮30分钟,期间要搅拌
3. 熄火,盖上,余温焗2个小时
4. 起盖,开中火,再把水煮滚,转小火,免盖,煮15分钟,期间要搅拌
5. 熄火,盖上,余温再焗2个小时
6. 起盖,盛起大沙谷,沥水,过凉水洗掉粘稠体
7. 大沙谷沥水,收入冰箱冷藏,待用
*小提示:
1. 水煮的过程中,如果水份开始变粘稠的话,须自行再加热水
2. 煮熟的大沙谷会是比原本的大3倍
材料B (芒果泥):
1 粒/ 500 克 芒果
50 毫升 糖水 (糖量随自己喜好)
准备功夫:
1. 将1粒芒果洗净,削去皮,切块
2. 芒果块和糖水一同倒入搅拌机里,搅打成泥,收入冰箱冷藏,待用
材料C (搭配):
2 粒/ 1000 克 芒果(切丁)
100 毫升 椰奶(包装)
准备功夫:
1. 将1粒芒果洗净,削去皮,切丁,收入冰箱冷藏,待用
综合做法:
1. 沙谷垫底,再铺上芒果丁,最后淋上芒果泥和椰奶,享用

Mango Sago with Coconut Milk 大沙谷芒果甜品

Ingredients
- Ingredients A (Big Sago)
150 g big sago
3000 ml water*
- Ingredient B (Puree)
1 pc mango
50 ml syrup (to your own preference)
- Ingredient C (Combination)
2 pc mango (diced)
50 ml coconut milk
Instructions
- Preparations (Big Sago)
- Bring the water to boil, add in big sago
- Turn to low heat, cook without the lid for 30 minutes, stir from time to time
- Turn off the gas, cover with the lid and leave it there for 2 hours
- Lift the lid, bring the water to boil again with medium heat, then switch to low heat and cook for another 15 minutes, stir from time to time
- Turn of the gas, cover with the lid and leave it there for 2 hours
- Lift the lid, retrieve the big sago and rinse to remove sticky substances with water
- Drain the sago, chill in the fridge for better texture
- Preparations (Puree)
- Rinse mango, peel and dice
- Insert mango and syrup into a blender, blend to make puree, store in the fridge and set aside
- Steps
- Place sago at the bottom, next with diced mango, and top it with puree and coconut milk, it’s done!

Notes
- You might need to add hot water during boiling, if the water become condensed
- Sago will grow 3 times the size after cooked
