材料:
1把/ 150克 青龙菜(洗净切段)
1碗 芽菜
1块/ 20克 咸鱼(切片)
6瓣 蒜(去衣拍扁)
少许 水
少许 盐
2汤匙 油
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油,咸鱼煎至金黄色,取出待用
2. 同样的锅和油,下蒜,爆香
3. 下芽菜,青龙菜,炒匀
4. 加入水,炒30秒
5. 熄火,上碟, 洒上煎过的咸鱼,完成

Stir-Fried Green Dragon Vegetable with Salted Fish 咸鱼炒芽菜青龙菜

Ingredients
150 g green dragon vegetable (wash & cut it)
1 bowl bean sprouts
20 g salted fish (cut into slices)
6 cloves garlic (peel off skin, flatten it)
some water
some salt
2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat the wok with oil, fry salted fish until it turns golden brown, retrieve and set it aside
- Reuse the oil, add in garlic and saute
- Add in bean sprout, green dragon vegetable and fry evenly
- Add in water, fry for 30 seconds
- Turn off the gas, dress it with fried salted fish, it’s done!
