材料:
茄子 – 600克 (皮切薄片)
虾米 – 50克 (2汤匙)
蒜头 – 3瓣(剁碎)
油 – 2 汤匙
盐 – ½ 茶匙
水 – 1 碗
煮法:
1. 烧热锅加油
2. 下蒜头炒香
3. 加入虾米爆至金黄色
4. 倒入茄子炒至油亮色,加水盖上,焖煮15分钟
5. 起盖,下盐炒均,捣碎茄子,煮至收干水,熄火,上碟

Braised Eggplant with Dried Shrimp 虾米焖茄子

Ingredients
600g eggplant (slice it)
50g dried shrimp
3 cloves of garlic (mince it)
2 tbsp of oil
½ tsp of salt
1 bowl of water
Instructions
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in garlic and saute
- Add in dried shrimps and saute until golden brown
- Add in eggplant and fry until translucent, add in water and simmer for 15 minutes (cover it)
- Uncover it, add in salt and fry evenly, mash the eggplant and cook until slightly dry, turn off the gas and it’s done!
