松饼机必须先预热,也就是把松饼机空烧一遍才加入面糊烤,那么华夫饼就能烤得美美的。至于烤时则会因为不同品牌/款式的松饼机而有差异,须自行再拿捏。视频用的是Doshio牌的松饼机,预热机的时间是3分钟,烤时是12分钟。如果你的松饼机是没烤时设置的,只要把饼烤至上色,香喷喷外酥内软椰香华夫饼也就出炉啦! 分量: 4片华夫饼 准备时间:10分钟 + 20分钟休面时间 煮时:30分钟 材料A: 200克 面粉 (过筛) 1茶匙 发粉 200毫升 椰奶* 70毫升 水* 1粒 鸡蛋 60克 砂糖 材料B: 适量 玉米油(煎饼) 准备功夫: 1. 把材料A搅拌均匀直无颗粒,休面20分钟 做法: 1. 开启电源,关上松饼机空烧3分钟/一遍 2. 打开松饼机,在烤盘上刷上一层玉米油,加入1勺的面糊,铺平 3. 关上松饼机,让松饼机*进行烤12分钟/ 烤至上色 4. 打开松饼机,取出松饼 5. 同样的步骤,把其余的面糊烤完,趁热享用 小贴士: 1. 不同品牌的椰奶会影响面糊的稠度,自行调整水份至面糊稠得可以流动即可 2. 这个是少甜食谱,吃得比较甜的可以自行加糖

Coconut Waffles 椰香华夫饼

minutesRemember to pre-heat the waffle maker first to have the right waffle texture. Baking time pretty much depends on what type of waffle maker you are using. So, peanut or strawberry jam?
Ingredients
- Ingredients (Set A)
200 g all-purpose flour (sieved)
1 tsp baking powder
200 ml coconut milk*
70 ml water*
1 pc egg (beaten)
60 g fine sugar
- Ingredients (Set B)
Some corn oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Preparations
- Mix all Ingredients A well, rest for 20 minutes
- Steps
- Turn on the waffle maker, pre-heat for 3 minutes
- Open the maker, apply a layer of corn oil then 1 scoop of batter, flatten it
- Close the maker*, let it bake for 12 minutes
- Open the maker, retrieve the waffle
- Repeat the steps above to finish the rest of the batter, it’s done!

- The batter texture will be affected by the coconut milk you use, you can adjust the water portion until the batter can flow around the surface
