材料:
4块 唯一面
3粒 鸡蛋
30克/20粒 虾仁(去壳留尾)
100克 瘦肉片
5辨 蒜头 (去衣剁末)
250克/1把 菜心(切小段)
1汤匙 酱油
1茶匙 黑酱油
1茶匙 蚝油
1茶匙 盐
半碗(吃饭碗)水
3汤匙 油
准备功夫:
1. 烧热一锅水, 加入唯一煮2分钟半,沥水待用
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下1汤匙油待热,加入蛋,煎熟炒碎,上碟待用
2. 同样的锅,下2汤匙油待热
3. 加入蒜,爆香
4. 下瘦肉片,炒至变色/熟
5. 加入虾仁,炒至变色/熟
6. 下水,酱油,黑酱油,蚝油和盐,待滚,炒匀调味
7. 加入菜心和唯一面,炒匀收水
8. 加入已炒熟的鸡蛋,炒匀
9. 熄火,上碟
小提示:
1. 水煮唯一面时间不能太久,大该2-3分钟就好了。水煮过久的话,面的口感会欠佳变糊
2. 喜欢吃较干身的唯一面,须自行减少水份

Fried Vit’s Instant Noodles 炒唯一面

Ingredients
4 pc vit’s instant noodles
3 pc egg
30 g prawn (remove shells)
100 g lean pork
5 cloves garlic (peel off the skin, mince it)
250 g choy sum (cut it)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
½ bowl water
3 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Heat the wok with water, add vit’s instant noodles and cook for 2.5 minutes, retrieve, rinse and set a side
- Steps
- Heat the wok with 1 tbsp oil, add egg, fry and scramble, retrieve and set aside
- Continue using the same wok, add 2 tbsp oil and heat
- Add garlic and saute
- Add lean pork, fry until it is cooked
- Add prawn, fry until it is cooked
- Add water, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, fry evenly and season
- Add choy sum and vit’s instant noodle, fry evenly until the water starts drying up
- Add fried egg, fry evenly
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!

Notes
- Don’t boil the vit’s instant noodles for too long otherwise the texture will not be the best when it softens, it will be just nice with 2-3 minutes
- Reduce the water portion if you prefer drier fried instant noodles
