2碗 隔夜饭
3汤匙 / 50克 鸡肉丁
半条 胡萝卜(切丁)
7条 四季豆 (切粒)
3粒 鸡蛋(打散)
1汤匙 酱油
少许 胡椒粉
少许 盐
2汤匙 油
准备功夫:
1. 把盐加入鸡丁混合,腌制15分钟
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油待热
2. 加入鸡丁,炒至变色
3. 把鸡丁推在一边,加入鸡蛋
4. 鸡蛋煎至7分熟时,加入饭,胡萝卜和四季豆,炒匀至四季豆变软
5. 加入酱油,炒匀
6. 加入胡椒粉, 快炒
7. 熄火,上卓

Ingredients
2 bowl overnight rice
50 g diced chicken meat
½ pc carrot (diced)
7 pc green bean (diced)
3 pc egg (beaten)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Some pepper powder
Some salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Add salt to diced chicken meat and mix well, marinate for 15 minutes
- Steps
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add diced chicken meat, fry until it is cooked
- Push chicken meat to aside, add beaten egg
- Fry egg until it is 70% cooked, add rice, carrot, green bean, fry evenly until green bean softens
- Add soy sauce and fry evenly
- Add pepper powder and fry quickly
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
